How we took command.
We built an AI content-production engine, not just a website — a pipeline that turns primary research into a structured, cross-linked knowledge graph, then compiles it into lessons, quizzes, and publication-grade figures. Then we stood up the academy on top of it and kept operating it.
- A structured research knowledge graph — a full peptide library, protocols, and conditions, all backed by cited research notes and cross-linked as navigable Maps of Content.
- An orchestrated AI production line — an orchestrator spawns specialist producers (clinical author, strategist, figure generator, video builder, publisher) that turn primary research into finished, cited lessons and videos through a multi-gate verification pipeline.
- Multiple independent verifier layers on every asset — deterministic scripts (resolution, palette, OCR), an independent LLM science-and-clinical review, and an adversarial red-team hunting stray artifacts, covered text, and fabricated citations. Every gate clears all layers before it closes.
- The academy — a complete curriculum on LearnDash, with courses live on pepteonacademy.com and more in production, plus graded quizzes, progress tracking, and certification.
- A library of AI-generated explainer figures — publication-grade scientific diagrams produced programmatically from the source material.
- A bespoke molecular-network interface — a cursor-reactive peptide-plexus hero, hand-built to make the science feel alive rather than templated.
- We run it — hosting, updates, and new modules on an ongoing basis. It's a system, not a one-off delivery.
